Group Dog Walking

I’ll pick your dog up from your home, and also any other doggie friends that we are walking with, then we travel to the park or common in my air conditioned and professionally fitted out van.

We have a one hour walk during which we might stop to say hello to other dogs we meet but we like to keep moving and actually cover some ground! I like the dogs I walk to have fun but to stay within sight at all times. I encourage them to sniff and explore, and the ones that are able to jump and climb on fallen trees and generally have a lovely time! I carry yummy treats and encourage the dogs to keep checking back in with me.

Your dogs safety, and the safety of other members of public is of utmost importance, and will take priority over fun if I feel it’s necessary. For example we will change direction or dogs will go back on lead when approaching roads, car parks, playgrounds, ponds, other groups of dogs or anything I assess as a possible danger or conflict.

I do three group walks a day Monday to Friday, Morning, Lunchtime and Afternoon. Any walks outside these times will be treated and charged as Solo walks.

£20 for a 60 minute walk for 1 dog.

Additional dogs in the same home will receive a 25% discount.

Solo Dog Walking

This service is extremely limited. Your dog has my sole attention for 30 minutes and we can walk, play, work on basic training, practise doggy parkour or anything you’d like.

If you have an entire male dog or a dog in season they won’t be able to join a group walk so this is the service for them.

£30 for a 30 minute walk.

Puppy Drop Ins

If your puppy is too young to join us on group walks I will pop in and visit them to give them a toilet break in the garden or a short lead walk close to home, we can have playtime and cuddles and also work on basic training.

As puppy gets a little older we can progress to Solo walks and then eventually they can join our groups walks, by which time we will have established a lovely strong bond!

£20 for a 30 minute visit.

Catsitting

I will visit your cat in their own home up to twice a day so they can stay in their own familiar and comfortable surroundings. I’ll take care of the important stuff such as cleaning food and water bowls, feeding, scooping litter trays and cleaning them out when required. Then we can do the fun stuff like playtime and cuddles! However, some cats are more shy or independent and if my presence is more stressful to them then I will respect their space and won’t try to force them to interact.

I can bring in post, open and close curtains or blinds to make the home look lived in and water indoor plants.

The duration of cat sitting visits will vary according to your cats needs.

£15 per visit for up to 2 cats

Live in pet and house sitting

This is a bespoke service where I will come and live in your home with your dog and/or other pets while you are away. I will still need to carry out my other daily dog walks and pet visits so this is not a 24/7 service - your dog will need to be comfortable being home alone for parts of the day though I will minimise this as much as I can. Your dog will join us on at least 2 group walks a day. This service is only offered to dogs that are already a member of our weekly group walks even if that’s only once a week.
Price for this service will vary according to the needs and number of pets, as well as any other household needs such as indoor and outdoor plant watering, medication administration etc.

Cancellation Policy

As a full time professional dog walker and pet carer, I kindly request that you provide me with ample notice in the event that your dog's regular walk or any pre booked pet visit needs to be cancelled. This will allow me to potentially fill the time slot and avoid any loss of expected payment. Please note that cancellations made with at least 7 days notice will not incur any charges. Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of regular payment, while cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in 100% charge. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Weekends and Bank Holidays

As standard I do not do dog walking on weekends or bank holidays. If you need a dog walking service this can be discussed and will be charged at the regular rate plus 50%.

Cat sitting fees on Bank holidays also incur a 50% extra charge.

All services on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and Easter Sunday will be charged at double the standard rate.
